All personal information held by the Masseuse is treated as private and confidential. It is used solely by the therapist and will not be disclosed to other parties. The therapist may refuse to undertake treatment if it is contraindicated due to medical due to medical or other conditions that the client may present with, due to concerns regarding the health, safety, and wellbeing of either the client or the Masseuse. Each person reacts differently to a massage and in no case does the Masseuse guarantee any particular outcome from a treatment or series of treatments. The Masseuse reserves the right to defer/refuse a client or terminate the massage, at her/his own discretion. If the client's actions, words or behavior are inappropriate or of a sexual nature; if the client is threatening, aggressive or violent, or in any way pose a threat or risk to the Masseuse. In this instance full payment is still required and no refund will be given.
